I am here now..

Ah! I am catching up with the present moment (which in fact never left me)...

My day was spent in the company of angels...

You wonder how important are words! My almost 2 year old little angel friend always amazes me! silent presence can say so much. How beautiful is a child! So much innocence and purity of thought. I had no thoughts the whole time I was with her (or maybe I wasn't aware of any other thought racing through my mind). It was blissful! Pure joy!

Even dirt could evoke so much introspection and excitement - it is mind blowing!
I you dont know what I am talking about, here is something for you to do. Spend some time with a kid in the combination of mud + water + garden!!

To become a child again is our journey..
Seeing no separateness between dirt or insect or stone or me...
dropping all judgements.. seeing something for just what it is...
for becoming that...
wow!!
