Krishna's glance....

Monday, Oct 6th we went to Srini & Arthi's house for Bhajan Satsang being Navrathri. It was beautiful to be there. This was my visit after a long time. They have beautiful pictures of Krishna threw out their homes - beautifully framed and on the wall. I was singing with my eyes closed and when I opened my eyes - it directly fell on this picture of Krishna. It only had his face! What a face! There was such a deep sense of serenity and calmness about that picture that I kept eye-gazing at it for quite sometime...

The most interesting for me in that picutre was the forhead ofKrishna. It was eerily peaceful. The artist had done such a marvellous job that looking at the picture I could sense the relief and calmness in my forehead. It was as though the face was hollow and empty. There was so much emptiness and space.... it was samadhi and yet being in the world..
